Who is Flamingo Holland?
Flamingo Holland is a wholesale flower bulb distributor to all states in the US and Canada. Besides flower bulbs we also sell Perennials, Bareroots, Orchids and a wide range of packaging materials.
What are your hours of operation?
Flamingo Holland’s hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm PST.

What are the advantages of working with Flamingo Holland?
We are a distributor of plant materials that are purchased directly from the source. Whether it is a flower bulb grower or plant lab; there are no in-between parties. We like short lines of communication!
What products are offered?
Flamingo Holland’s products consist of but not limited to: Lily, Tulip, Iris, Freesia, Dahlia, Calla, Oxalis, Alstroemeria, Bareroot material, TC3 material, Gerbera Floriline and Garvinea and Patio gerbera, Pre-finished Orchids. We also offer flower packaging products.
Which tradeshows do you attend?
Flamingo Holland exhibits at: Cultivate in Ohio, Mants Show in Baltimore. Dutch Lily Days in Holland, IPM in Essen, and Flower Trials in Holland.
Ordering Questions
What is the order process?
Orders can be placed by phone or E-mail. If you are a new customer, we will set up an account once we receive a filled out credit application.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Our minimums are a box or tray of each product. Depending on the item, there will be different amounts per box.
How do I get pricing on products?
Pricing can be received by calling or E-mailing one of our sales managers. You can also fill out the quote request form on the website and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
What is the guarantee of products?
We cannot guarantee the end result of growing a flower bulb or other plant materials since that depends strongly on how it is being grown and under what conditions. However we stand behind the product that we sell. Depending on the product, we need to be notified of an issue or problem within 48 hours of arrival of product.
Shipping Questions
How are orders shipped?
Depending per size of the shipment. We use FedEx Ground but as well trucking companies like Flower Transfer, JTC, Prime, Jessup Transportation, K’s, Stronghold, Coastal Express, etc.
How long does it take to receive a shipment?
Shipments can take between 1 and 5 days depending on location.
What are your standard shipping methods and rates?
Shipping methods and rates depend on the product and location. More perishable products like TC material are shipped overnight. For larger orders that are a full pallet, we use trucking companies that offer more competitive rates.
Which regions do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 states in the US.
Payment Questions
How do I pay for an order?
Orders can be paid for by check, credit card or cash.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept: cash, check, American Express, Master Card, and Visa.
How do I get a copy of my invoice?
Invoices can be mailed or E-mailed to you. Just let us know which method you would prefer.
How do I establish terms?
Terms can be established by filling out a credit application. Once a credit application is submitted, we will issue terms based on the information provided.
